SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Upon checkout all customers are given an option of either Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class (non tracked), Royal Mail tracked 48, or Hermes (Tracked). You will receive a notification via email that we have received your order and a further email sent  along with your tracking number (tracked services only) advising your order has been shipped. Please be aware that Royal Mail 1st and 2nd  delivery is a non tracked service and you will not be able to follow your order once it is no longer in our possession. We will not be liable for any lost parcels using the Royal Mail 1st and 2nd delivery service. Please see the Royal Mail site for help with any queries of this type.

Below you will find estimate delivery times for each delivery service but please bear in mind during busy times (such as Christmas this will be extended)

Royal Mail 2nd Class 2-3 business days

Royal Mail 1st Class - 1-2 business days

Royal Mail Tracked 48 2-3 business days tracked

Hermes Standard 2-4 business days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship to the US via Evri International which is a tracked service. Delivery can take between 2-3 weeks not including customs clearance which can take anywhere up to 6 weeks in some cases.

There may be additional duties and taxes applied upon delivery of your shipment. You may be contacted via email or text  by the courier in your country and payment may be required in order to receive your shipment. These duties and taxes are to be paid by the recipient.

RETURNS

We hope that you love your order, we make each item lovingly by hand in our workshop here in Staffordshire, but we understand there may be on some occasions where you are unhappy and may wish to return your item. Our products are made with 100% Soy wax which is liable to changes in colour and appearance. Soy wax can also be susceptible to frosting which is a naturally occurring effect of the soy trying to go back to it's natural state, therefore in those occasions we operate a no return policy. If for any other reason you are unhappy with your purchase please do get in touch with us by emailing scream@deadlywicks.co.uk along with any relevant photographs (ie parcel damage on arrival) within 14 days of your purchase.

 

Refunds are subject to the product being returned with no signs of use or damage to either the product or packaging.
